Palestine: in the midst of the Arab storm

The Israeli navy captured on july 19th the french boat that was headed for Gaza.
JERUSALEM / GAZA - The international community lost track of the palestinian cause back in January. Sure, everybody is talking about the recognition of the Palestinian state by several countries and the plan to have it recognized by the United Nations. But what is really going on?
Hopefully, Palestinian tweepers can tell us a bit more :
According to @Palanafree protests have been ongoing in front of the UNRWA's headquarters in Gaza. Palestinians have accused the organisation of "minimizing its services".
@Gaza_News says that Israelis are still demolishing palestinians buildings, especially towards the jordan valley.
Whereas @pic_ar says that the Israelis are carrying on their arrests "more than 19 MPs and ex-ministers have been arrested". This tweepers also says Palestinians are rejoycing over the visit of Turkish PM Recepp Tayyip Erdogan to Gaza, stating it represents a breach of the Israeli blocade.
Furthermore, according to the same source a rally is scheduled for tomorrow to protest against the random arrests.
For more than half a century, the palestinian people have been struggling and fighting for their freedom. One would have thought that the uprisings in the region would have given them a boost.
Unfortunately, up till now, it is not case...
